• Pre-implementation
● Analysis/consulting- we assess the current status of your systems, we agree with you on the final goal of the project and on the phases we need to undergo. Then we evaluate all the aspects related to design, implementation or development of the system.
● Design / plan- we go into detail with the design specifications of the system requested by the client (among which architecture, functionality, project’s schedule).
● Audit – we objectively measure and evaluate – together with specialized partners - the IT system’s conformity with specific standards, rules, norms, methodologies or objectives that have been set. This complex process is structured into the following stages: information gathering, evaluation, reporting accompanied by recommendations.
• Implementation
● Installation – we set up, at basic level, the system required by the client. The installation of the hardware products is usually preceded by the establishment of an appropriate environment (site preparation)
● Configuration / adjustment – we complete the starting up of the system by bringing it to the agreed performance parameters.
● Technical assistance – we are beside the client’s team in order to support the achievement of the operations that emerge throughout the implementation.
● Software development – we create or adjust software solutions, based on the specific requirements of the client.
● Dedicated training - we provide specific training for our client’s teams, in order to develop the abilities of the users in the agreed activities fields.

• Post-Implementation
● Technical assistance – we assist our client’s team in operating the system
● Software and hardware technical support
- Maintenance - we provide maintenance services throughout the agreed period. This may include updates or new software versions. The services are proactive and they are provided according to an agreed schedule (frequency, number of interventions, duration)
- Fixing problems - we provide corrective support services throughout the agreed period. These services are provided when unexpected incidents occur. We guarantee the solving of these problems in compliance with the scenarios in the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

• Project management
We undertake the full range of activities - from planning through to managing and monitoring the human, material and financial resources - associated with any project, either independently or in connection with other services, in compliance with specific standards.
• Integration
We provide services through which the new IT&C solutions are integrated with the existing applications and infrastructure. This process encompasses all three phases of a project.

- applications integration (EAI - Enterprise Application Integration)
The primary goal of an EAI project is to ensure that enterprise systems can communicate and share information in the most efficient way possible.
We cover all the layers of an EAI:
* data layer: we have worked with Oracle databases and we used features like PL/SQL stored procedures, Java stored procedures, Oracle Advanced Queuing; * business logic layer: we have implemented most of the enterprise business processes and rules using specific tools; * presentation layer: we have integrated the business rules into a Windows based client UI given by a CRM system.

• Outsourcing
We take over and manage, partially or entirely, the IT&C resources of the client who wants to outsource an activity or a process. The result of these services can be supervised by the client, based on mutually agreed parameters. In this way, we offer the opportunity for our client to reallocate valuable human and material resources toward its core business.
We administrate IT infrastructures, regardless of the operating environment (UNIX, LINUX or Microsoft) and through the Contact Center we manage the incidents and problems that might occur. The objective is to ensure business continuity, to monitor and administrate the applications and infrastructure mission-critical points. Through outsourcing, our customers get value in the form of proactive maintenance and problem resolution, increased system availability, improved user productivity. • Contact Center
Clients’ requests are effectively managed through our Contact Center. Thus, clients get an added value in the solution’s maintenance activities as well as proactive solving of problems, increased system availability and enhanced users’ productivity.
Requests from our clients are dealt with according to the type of the contract, which stipulates the parameters of the service (SLA) such as: coverage period, response time, back to operation time, ways in which problems are to be solved (on-site, on-bench, remote).
