Upon completion of each implementation (whether it’s business solutions, digital transformation solutions, infrastructure optimization solutions or unified communications), CRESCENDO organizes training / coaching / knowledge transfer sessions dedicated to users.

 

Their purpose is to facilitate the understanding of the solution and to ensure correct use. The correct use of information systems contributes to both maximizing the efficiency of system functionality and eliminating operating errors.

 

CRESCENDO’s internal training team is made up of IT consultants who combine expertise in using technology with trainer abilities

USERS TRAINING

The training sessions are organized in the location where the technology solution was implemented in order to facilitate access, but also for user’s familiarity reasons.

COACHING SESSIONS

The coaching sessions aim to clarify the development directions requested by the client. Through proper interviews and discussions, CRESCENDO specialists manage to deeply understand the customer's business and plan the future strategy.
