Privacy Policy

Personal information (name, address, phone number and so on) resulting from voluntary interaction (registration form and so on) between CRESCENDO International Ltd. and company’s customers / employees can be used only for marketing purposes related to products and services of CRESCENDO International Ltd, such as:

  • order processing and / or customer demands;
  • offering products and / or services to customers;
  • billing;
  • solving requests, questions or complaints;
  • Contacting customers / employees (including via mail, email, fax, text message or phone) about products and services offer from CRESCENDO or about products and services from carefully selected third parties, whether an express desire was explicit.
MANAGING CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Management of confidential information between CRESCENDO and customers, partners and / or third party is made in accordance with standard ISO / IEC 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System) and specific internal rules of the parties.

The management of classified classified information (industrial security) is done through the designated security officer, according to Law 182/2002, GD 781/2002 and GD 585/2002.

  • Dissemination of confidential information to a third party is made only with the consent of the issuer.
  • According to the information protection policy, CRESCENDO may provide to third parties certain information about service users, only if this is explicitly accepted by customers and employees, or when this is necessary in order to respect law or judicial proceedings.
  • Customers may choose to prohibit the provision of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by letting CRESCENDO know of their option.

ISSUES CONCERNING GDPR CONFORMITY

CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL considers data confidentiality an essential component of business. Our data protection policy and practices focus on properly processing, exchanging and proper and legal storage of personal information and ensuring privacy, integrity and availability.

 

CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL processes and stores personal data in the EU and is able to demonstrate at all times compliance with European Union law and the principles set forth in this document. This privacy statement represents the full privacy policy applicable to the online activities of crescendo.ro. This statement explains the types of information we collect from customers and how we use this information.

 

Our website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which is a mandatory legislative act. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for implementing our privacy policy, which is intrinsically linked to the privacy statement. CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL website uses cookies or similar technologies to provide the best user experience and to analyze trends, manage the website, track client use within the website, and collect demographic information about the base users as a whole. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the client’s device to track usage and record preferences. Our cookies do not contain information that can identify people.

 

We collect certain automated information by using cookies and tracking technologies such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), page references / exits, pages viewed on our site ( eg HTML pages, graphics), operating system, date / time and / or clicks to analyze the trend as a whole and administer the site. In some situations, CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL is required to disclose personal data in response to requests from the National Authority for the Surveillance of Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) to meet the GDPR requirements. We will also disclose personal information if required by law, for example to comply with a quote or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that data disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our clients’ safety or the safety of others, the investigation fraud or in response to a request from the government.

Processing security

 

We will process the data safely, apply and maintain appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, unauthorized alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access, particularly when processing involves the transmission of data over a network, as well as against any other form of illegal processing. Applying to a job

 

For application to our jobs, we use an external recruitment tool for management purposes. When applying for a job within CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL, personal data will be processed and controlled by CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL. Applications will not be stored for a longer period of time than required and will not be disclosed to third parties. Marketing emails

 

CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL has the right to send marketing emails to customers with their consent. This specific form of consent must be given freely, specifically and accurately informed. These requests are met when customers choose to receive marketing emails (they have actively approved).

Customers will always have the right to object, on demand and without costs, to processing personal data for direct marketing purposes without having to provide concrete justification. Customers can do so by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears in the emails we send to you, or we can send a message to privacy@crescendo.ro. Once the customer has objected, that customer’s personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.

Marketing emails contain information that we consider to be of interest to the customer, as well as latest news about our products and services.

Responsibility

 

CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL is responsible and will be able to demonstrate at all times the compliance with the GDPR and with the principles set out in this document. CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL will keep under its responsibility an archive of processing activities containing the information requested by the GDPR and, where necessary, make the information available to the supervisory authorities. The Privacy Statement is under the responsibility of CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL DPO. Claims

 

Customers have the right to file a complaint about the processing of their personal data. All inquiries and complaints will be processed by the DPO in a timely manner and in accordance with internal procedures. In the unlikely event that customers have suffered damages due to personal rights violation and CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL did not deal with the complaint properly, customers have the opportunity to submit a complaint to ANSPDCP. Changes to this policy
