Information Security Management ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Security policy is approved by management and reflects our management’s commitment to deploying and maintaining an Information Security Management System certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

By implementing and maintaining this system, our customers and business partners are provided with an additional security feature – offered by an independent third party – that the information which the Company operates with are protected against loss, destruction, unauthorized access and other risks. It also confirms our commitment to develop and diversify the portfolio of outsourcing services.

Defined together with external consultants, Information Security Management System was designed so as to ensure selection – appropriate and proportionate to the risks and their potential effects – of security measures to protect information resources.

Quality Management SR EN ISO 9001:2015

In order to continuously improve our performance, to become an agreeable partner, that customer fully relies on, we designed, documented and implemented a modern Quality Management System, according to SR EN ISO 9001:2015.

Independent audits have reconfirmed every year the highest quality of CRESCENDO services and solutions that are capable to satisfy the specific requirements and expectations of our customers in terms of various aspects.

Environmental Management SR EN ISO 14001:2015

The assumed role of an IT&C Solution and Services House requires a dual environmental responsibility: first, what our company does, and especially what we do to determine other companies to adhere to “Green IT” concept as well. To regularize the procedural part, we obtained the Environmental Management System certification, according to SR EN ISO 14001:2015.

Given the amplitude of our ongoing projects, our role in encouraging customers to adopt “Green” solutions is very important. Therefore, we introduced in our portfolio solutions that reduce excessive consumption of resources. We also provide reception and transportation of old equipment for those clients who want to give up old and large consumption equipment. Internally, for recycling IT equipment, consumables and paper, we have partnerships with companies/specialized associations.

Health and Safety Management SR OHSAS 18001:2015

Development and certification of a Security and Occupational Health Management System – according to the SR OHSAS 18001:2015 – reflects our constant concern that CRESCENDO team members to work in a friendly environment with minimum health risks.

The benefits of system implementation in our organization are: improving the organization’s motivation and accepting health and safety within the organization, legal certainty due to the rigorous application of all legal regulations, increased motivation of employees due to management involvement in OHSAS processes, improving the image of the organization and competitive ability through through system performance.
