Security Network Engineer

Job description:
  • It is part of the infrastructure and security solutions implementation teams to customers;
  • Solves the Level 2 cases escalated by the Support Department;
  • Participates in the development of security architectures along with the Presales Department;
  • Participate in the proof of concepts when requested.
General requirements:
  • High education completed in the IT field;
  • Minimum one Professional Level Certification from industry leading manufacturers;
  • Experience at least 5 years in the IT field and at least 2 years in a similar position;
  • Organizational and planning capacity;
  • Driving license category B.
Specialty Requirements:
  • Experience in working with Cisco technologies and products: ASA / PIX Firewall, IDS / IPS Sensors, Ironport WSA / ESA, NAC / ISE, ACS, VMS, etc .;
  • Experience in working with security technologies from other manufacturers: Check Point, Imperva, Palo Alto Networks, HP (ArcSight), Intellinx, etc .;
  • Solid knowledge in L2 security technologies: Port Security, IEEE 802.1X, DHCP Snooping, STP Root Guard, etc .;
  • Solid knowledge of wireless networks: WLC, AP, wIPS, MSE, etc .;
  • Cloud security experience and knowledge (VMware, Cisco UCS, Nexus1K, VSG, etc.) – is an asset;
  • Experience and solid knowledge in the field of IP network management based on Cisco solutions.
