Presales Consultant

Job description:

• Designs technical solutions based on customer requirements or internal ideas;
• Suggests alternative architectural solutions that fit into the required parameters;
• Configure requirements for the hardware requirements that will support the proposed software solutions;
• Achieves technical and business documentation of solution architecture;
• Performs, in non-technical language, documents with proposals for solutions for the clients of the organization.

General requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT;
• Ability to understand business requirements and relate them to technical architecture;
• Organizational and planning capacity;
• Driving license category B.

Specialty requirements:

• Solid knowledge of complex, on-premise and cloud architectures, based on:
  • unified collaboration technologies (IP Telephony, audio / video conferencing, etc.);
  • unified messaging technologies (voice mail, presence, email, etc.);
  • contact center technologies (IVR, ACD, Reporting, Audio / Video recording, etc.);
• Experience with the above-mentioned technologies, from manufacturers such as Cisco and Microsoft – is an asset.
