20 Jan Crescendo targets a 25% increase in 2008
“In 2007, we recorded a turnover of about 10.5 million euros, up from the previous year, when the business dropped to seven million euros. For next year, we expect to grow by 25% over 2007, “said to Business Standard Marius Tulea, Crescendo’s CEO.
According to him, 2008 will be a year of stabilization for businesses in the IT area.
“The year just passed was a pretty turbulent one in which many players were thrown into the market without a clear strategy. In 2008, many will realize that business is done in the long run. Clients are not here for a year or two, but they are here to grow. I think this will be a year of stabilizing the market,” commented Tulea. According to him, the investments that the company envisages in 2008 will be directed to the company’s human resources. “Our profit margin will be influenced by the investment we will make in team development,” said Crescendo’s general manager.
Among the company’s clients are Tuborg, Zentiva, ABN Amro Bank, Ericsson, Orange, Vodafone.
As for Crescendo’s involvement in a deal, Marius Tulea said that this is not the case at this time.
“We are still open to any such talks. We also had such discussions, but our main goal is not to sell, “said Tulea.
